Tenthwise registrations

Approved by Conscierra, 17 October 2026.

Who we are. Tenthwise is built on XCentral by Conscierra. This notice covers the Foundational Driver registrations on this site.

What we collect. Your first name, email address, state or territory, class, and optionally your home track and what you tell us about Tenthwise. If you tick the box, that you want product updates. We don't collect children's details: a parent or guardian registers.

Why. To hold your Foundational Driver place, tell you when Tenthwise launches and the offer applies, shape what we build from what you tell us, and, only if you ask, send product updates.

Where it's kept. In Microsoft Azure in Australia (Australia East). Emails are sent through Azure Communication Services with its data held in Australia.

Who can see it. A small number of Conscierra staff who run the launch. We don't sell it or share it with clubs or anyone else.

Site analytics. We count visits and video plays with Microsoft Application Insights. It uses a random ID kept in your browser, not cookies, and no names or email addresses.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from updates with the link in any email. To see, correct or delete your registration, email us at the address in our main privacy policy.

Complaints. Contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
